Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets. Top with fresh dill and lemon slices.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides and extra lemon wedges if desired.
